1 can black olives, drained, whole or cut in half
1 jar stuffed green olives, drained, whole or cut in half
1 container grape tomatoes, whole or cut in half
1 (or more if you want it) can artichoke quarters, drained
1/2-1 pound mozzarella, cut into small cubes
1 package Good Season's Italian dressing, made up with a dash of extra vinegar (or bottled Italian if you don't want to make it)
Medium diced pieces separated red onion rings, make them roughly the size of the cheese cubes, optional
Place all in a large bowl, toss with dressing, let marinate for a few hours, serve.
