Olive Oil Ice Cream

Last night one of the secret ingredient baskets on CHOPPED ALL STARS featured Olive Oil Ice Cream
Wondered if anyone had ever heard of it?
I did look quite good and although I love extra virgin olive oil in my homemade salad dressing not sure about using
it in ice cream so just wondering if anyone had tried it or knows about it?
