Serves: 5 Preparation Time: 15 min Cooking Time: 15 min
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10.75-ounces) Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package of refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it’s well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire and black pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil. Spoon the beef mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange the biscuits around the edge of the beef mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Sprinkle the cheese over the beef mixture.
