Body Butter for Dry Winter Skin

Ingredients
5 oz of Raw Shea Butter
4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil {solid form}
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil {Grapeseed oil, Almond oil, or your oil of choice}
Essential Oils {see recipe suggestions below}

Add the Shea Butter and Coconut Oil to the mixer and blend well. Slowly add in the Avocado Oil. Mix until whipped.
Now you can add your essential oils.

*Grapefruit is a great one to brighten up dreary days. I love the smell of grapefruit and bergamot together.
*Lavender and cedar wood are a great combination for deep sleep.
*Frankincense is perfect for the skin to help reduce the look of wrinkles.
*Ylang Ylang is a calming, relaxing and soothing fragrance. It’s also been known to help you get in the “mood.” Maybe add in some rose essential oil for a romantic nighttime blend.

The number of drops of essential oil you’ll need will depend on how strong you want the fragrance. Start with 3 drops per tablespoon and go from there.

You can separate the base into smaller jars for a wider variety of options, but that’s up to you.

Store in the refrigerator.
