Salad with pears, apricot jam and cheese

This summer my fruit is pear. Sweet and juicy, soft and aromatic. Salad is so delicious and apricot jam gives a special flavor. Try it !





Pears 3-4pcs (average)
Tomatoes 100 g
Arugula beam
Basil few leaves
Cheese-50 g.

Sauce:
Apricot jam 2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt

Cut tomatoes in half, peasr- slices,then add the greens. Mix all Ingredients for the sauce and pour over salad. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bon appetite!
