ELROND'S GARDEN HERB FLATBREAD
PREP TIME 1 hour 15 mins COOK TIME 20 mins TOTAL TIME 1 hour 35 mins Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS

7g - active dry yeast
1 Tbsp - olive oil
1½ cup - all-purpose flour
1 tsp - salt
¾ cup - water, 110F
1 Tbsp - fresh thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp - fresh rosemary, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine yeast and warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Add flour, olive oil, salt, thyme, and rosemary. Mix until combined.
Knead for 3 minutes until smooth. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size.
Pace the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 6 equal size pieces. Roll each piece out with a rolling pin.
At this point, you can grill or cook the dough on a skillet with a bit of oil until golden on both sides.
