Cheese pie with blackberries

I confess, I don't really like cottage cheese, especially in hot form, but this casserole, surprised me. It is sweet and very light. I will change my about cheese. Bon appetite!








Recipe:

goat cheese 200 g
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 60 gr
starch 40 gr
condensed milk 2 tbsp
blackBerries 300 gr
sour cream 100 gr

Mix the cheesex together with sour cream and condensed milk until smooth. Beat the eggs with the sugar until lush foam. Then mix all and add the starch (mix). Add berries. Form grease and strew a flour. Pour the mixture and bake for 60 minutes at 170 C. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetite!
