Recipe from Sergei Khimich: Ciabatta and mash salad with goat cheese and berries

I've chosen the dish in the picture, because it's my own dish developed jointly with Konstantin Ivlev. This is a light, so-to-say woman dish, but men like it as well.

Ingredients:
goat cheese with cream — 85
fresh raspberries — 15

blackberry — 25
olive oil — 5
balsamic glaze (evaporated) — 8
sea salt — 2

mash salad — 25
ciabatta — 15
