Panna cotta with blueberry sauce

double cream 150 ml
milk-100 ml
sugar 50 g
vanilla extract 2-3 drops
gelatin 4 gr
The blueberry sauce:
blueberry 150 gr (fresh or frozen)
honey 2 tablespoons
the juice of half a lemon

The cream and the milk, bring to boil, add sugar and reduce the heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat , add vanilla extract . Dissolve the gelatin in the milk mixture . Strain and pour into forms. Let it cool and put in refrigerator for 5 hours.

Frozen or fresh blueberries mix with honey and put on a small fire. When you will see the juice , you have to increase the fire and bring to boil. Add the lemon juice and cook on low heat for about 5-6 minutes

Remove the dessert from the form and pour it with berry sauce.
