1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 ml) blue cheese salad dressing
4 kaiser rolls, split horizontally
4 lettuce leaves
2 cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
4-8 slices cooked bacon
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Combine the mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing and spread
it on both cut sides of the kaiser rolls. Place a lettuce leaf on the
bottoms of the rolls, followed by the remaining ingredients. Top
with the tops of the rolls. Makes 4 sandwiches.
