Oatmeal cookies
Dec. 1st, 2013 08:50 pmWhat could be better than oatmeal cookies? Only oatmeal cookies cooked at home. I am preparing for my little boy, who knows a lot about good baking . I improvised a little and decorated biscuits with chocolate smiles . My son liked it, and I was so happy. It is useful, tasty and quickly - a great option for a young mother!

1 Cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
1-1 1/2 cups of flour
100 g of softened butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Cup cashew nuts or hazelnut (I chose the walnuts)
50 g white chocolate
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Beat butter with sugar until smooth, add the egg one by one, stirring constantly. Add the chopped chocolate, nuts and salt. Add rolled oats and flour and mix well. Form balls , roll them in flour. Put on parchment and flatten slightly. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C.
