Mini burgers in two versions
Nov. 23rd, 2013 01:12 amDiet,diet,diet! Who need it. I better not get out of the gym, but from all of these small and delicious burgers I cant refuse. I LOVE IT! Two options are completely different and equally tasty. Recommend :)

The first variant
Layers:
1. Bun
2. Ketchup (homemade)
3. Spinach
4. Beef Burger
5. Tomato (slice)
6. Cheese
7. Pickled cucumber (slice)
8. Bun
For Burger: Grind up 400 grams of beef, add salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 table-spoon breadcrumbs. Generate burgers and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Second variant
Layers:
1. Bun
2. Blue cheese sauce
3. Arugula
4. Chicken Burger
5. Red onion
6. Bun
For Burger: 400 grams of chicken , 1 bun, 70-100 grams of milk, salt and pepper. Bun soaked in milk and mix with chicken forcemeat, add salt and pepper,a bit of thyme. I have added some breadcrumbs. Generate burgers and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
For the sauce: Sour cream(or yogurt) 100 g, add 70-80 gr blue cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, mix together all in a blender.
