Apple Slaw:
1 bag of coleslaw
2 apples, shredded
2 tbsp lemon juice
Honey Mustard:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
Tools:
2 bowls
1 pan
parchment paper
2 spoons to mix/stir
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the slaw ingredients
2. In another bowl, mix together the honey mustard ingredients
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
4. Line a pan with parchment paper
5. Assemble your sandwiches on the pan
6. add a thin layer of honey mustard, then layer on the chicken
7. top with white cheddar cheese
8. bake for 8-10 minutes
9. add the apple slaw on top and enjoy :)
If anyone makes these, please let me know how it turned out for you!
