Moussaka

I really want to visit Greece and also I want to enjoy a Greek salad and homemade moussaka. I hope that my recipe is very tasty and it is like in Greece, I really tried to copy it. Have you tried moussaka in Greece?

Lamb 500 gr
Tomatoes 2 PCs
Onions 1 PC (large)
3 cloves garlic
White dry wine, 100 g
Eggplant 4-5 pieces
Olive oil 2 tbsp
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1.5 cups milk
Flour 2 tablespoons
Butter 2 tbsp
Nutmeg 1 csp
Carnation 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon 0,5 csp
Bay leaf 1 piece
Mint 4 leaves
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper

Cut the eggplants into thin strips and fry until golden brown. Meat, onion and garlic stir and fry on a frying pan for about 15 minutes , then add 0,5 coffee spoon of nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon,mint, bay leaf and cut into cubes (1cm) tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add the wine . Melt the butter in a pan , add the flour , mix everything well and add the milk. Mix everything well, add salt, pepper, add the rest of nutmeg and grated Parmesan cheese. When the sauce has cooled , add lemon juice.

2. Meat
3. Sauce
4. Eggplant
5. Meat
6. sauce
7. Eggplant
Bake at 180 C for about 25 minutes
