This is one of my favorite desserts. He's so gentle and sweet so , it is the true enemy of the figure. This time I prepared him for the order and decided not to sprinkle with cocoa, but decorate with berries. Summer is still here!!!!!!!!!!! I hope everything turned out 

Egg 6 PCs
Mascarpone 500 gr
1 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar ½ cup
Sticks savoyardy package
Coffee 300 ml
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Sugar 3 tablespoons
200 g double cream
Berries 500 gr

Separate the whites from yolks. Beat egg yolks with the sugar until white . Add the mascarpone and gently stir with a spoon, add vanilla extract. Separately beat the whites and carefully insert a mixture of egg yolks. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and cocoa powder in hot coffee, put biscuits into cooffe and than put the first layer, next, put the cream, again biscuits and cream. Beat the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and put on top of the cake. Put the berries. Decorate the cake with biscuits around.
