Moroccan Carrots
Serves 2
Ingredients
4 cups Sliced Carrots, about 3 or 4 medium carrots
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
3 tsp Coconut Sugar
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Ginger
¼ tsp Turmeric
¼ – ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat.
Add carrots, and cook until tender, then add spices.
Stir and cook a few more minutes. Turn off heat and adjust seasoning if necessary.
