Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 shallot, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons minced chives
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; roll into a log. Refrigerate until chilled. Unwrap and slice or place on a butter dish.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 3 months.
