
MIDORI MARTINI
Yield: 1 MARTINI
INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce midori
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce lemon juice or lemonade
¼-½ ounce simple syrup, to taste
Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Add a cherry for garnish.
NOTES:
To make simple syrup: melt equal parts water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until sugar is melted. Transfer to a jar and cool. Cover, store in refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

Vanilla Butter Valentine’s Day Popcorn
Ingredients:
2 bags of movie butter flavored popcorn, prepared
1 package vanilla flavored candy melts, pink - 12 ounces
1 cup red/pink/white chocolate candies (I used M&M’s)
Valentine’s themed sprinkles
Directions:
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, set aside.
Melt candy melts in the microwave, cooking on high for 20 second increments and stirring in between.
Pour melted candy melts over popcorn and toss to coat.
Add candy and sprinkles, then toss some more to evenly distribute.
Spread popcorn out on sheet pans and allow to set in a cool dry place for about 15 minutes.
Break into manageable sized pieces and enjoy
