NUT & SEED CRACKERS (GLUTEN-FREE, GRAIN-FREE)

Ingredients:
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup flax seeds
½ cups chia seeds
½ cup pepitas
½ cup almond meal
¼ cup onion, finely diced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp herbs mix *
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup water

Method:
Combine all ingredients and stir together.
Prepare a large baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the mixture on the baking tray, patting down with a spatula or the back of a spoon to press together. Spread it to about 0.5cm thick (1/5 of an inch).
Score the crackers.
Bake 150°C/300°F for 30 min. Check the crackers, removing any along the edge that are cooked. Carefully flip the crackers, breaking into sections if possible.
Bake another 20 - 30 min. Let them cool down before breaking along the score lines.
