    <content type="html">Posted by: &lt;span lj:user='nverland' style='white-space: nowrap;' class='ljuser'&gt;&lt;a href='https://nverland.dreamwidth.org/profile'&gt;&lt;img src='https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png' alt='[personal profile] ' width='17' height='17' style='vertical-align: text-bottom; border: 0; padding-right: 1px;' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href='https://nverland.dreamwidth.org/'&gt;&lt;b&gt;nverland&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="https://imgbox.com/bhnrkMLj" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="https://thumbs2.imgbox.com/c0/29/bhnrkMLj_t.jpg" alt="image host" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gluten Free Banana Muffins (dairy free!)&lt;br /&gt;Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 20 mins Total Time 30 mins Serves 10&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Wet Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;    1 heaping cup mashed, ripe banana (from about 3 medium bananas)&lt;br /&gt;    2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;    ¼ cup pure maple syrup&lt;br /&gt;    2 teaspoons vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Dry Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;    1 cup packed fine blanched almond flour&lt;br /&gt;    1 cup gluten free oat flour&lt;br /&gt;    1 teaspoon baking powder&lt;br /&gt;    ½ teaspoon cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;    ¼ teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;    1/3 cup mini chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;    2-3 tablespoons mini or regular dairy free chocolate chips, for sprinkling on top&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instructions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with 10 muffin liners and spray the inside of the liners with nonstick cooking spray. This helps to prevent sticking.&lt;br /&gt;    In a large bowl, mix together mashed banana, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth. &lt;br /&gt;    In a separate large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt until well combined. &lt;br /&gt;    Add dry ingredient to wet ingredients. Fold in ⅓ cup chocolate chips. &lt;br /&gt;    Divide batter evenly between liners. Sprinkle the tops of the batter with extra chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tester comes out mostly clean with a few crumbs attached. Transfer muffins to a wire rack to allow them to cool. Enjoy! Makes 10 muffins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recipe Notes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To make as a bread: Pour batter into an 8x4 inch loaf pan greased and lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To make vegan: use two flax eggs instead of regular eggs. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line loaf pan with baking paper.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Mix oil and sugar with hand mixer. Add zest, juice, vanilla, eggs, milk. Mix together.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Slowly add this to the wet mix. Add blueberries and fold gently with a spatula.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Pour into the loaf pan. This will become buttermilk, which helps keep the cake moist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line two round 8 inch pans very well with baking paper. The batter is quite liquid, so the pans will leak if not lined well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;Stir together dry ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Add eggs, buttermilk from step 1, oil, and vanilla. Mix until combined.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Divide the batter between the two pans. Bake 25 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; Cool in pan for 5 minutes then rack.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: larger;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Whipped Ganache Method:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; While the cake is cooking, finely chop the chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring until the sugar has melted into the mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Turn up the heat and bring to boil, then remove from the stove.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and whisk until glossy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Leave until completely cool.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Beat with an electric whisk until stiff and lighter in colour. This should happen pretty quickly, so if you're having issues put the ganache in the freezer for 5 minutes and try again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; When the cakes are completely cool, spread the whipped ganache thickly over each cake and stack to make a double-layered cake.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Optional:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;put some raspberries over the top of the cake to add some tartness.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=creative_cooks&amp;ditemid=511053" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/&gt; comments</content>

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.&lt;br /&gt;Place the sheet of puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet and poke with a fork a few times all over.&lt;br /&gt;Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the puff pastry, leaving a 1 inch layer on the sides. Add on the sliced pears.&lt;br /&gt;In a small bowl, mix together the egg with a fork and use a pastry brush to brush on the edges of the puff pastry crust. This will help to create a nice golden brown crust when baked.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is deeply golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey, sprinkle with walnuts and a little flaky sea salt. Use the parchment paper to transfer the tart to a cutting board. Cut into 9 large squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recipe Notes&lt;br /&gt;Store any leftover tart in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Preheat oven to 375*F.&lt;br /&gt;2 In small bowl combine the cranberries and candied ginger with 1/2 cup of the flour. In large bowl mix together rest of flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and orange peel. Combine both bowls into the large bowl.&lt;br /&gt;3 In small bowl combine the cream and 1/2 cup of the milk. Add slowly to the dry ingredients and combine to make a soft dough. If needed add the remaining milk by tablespoonfuls to get a soft but workable dough.&lt;br /&gt;4 Turn out onto lightly floured board and pat or roll into 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into triangles about 2 1/2 inches across at the base. A pizza wheel works well for this. Place on baking sheets.     <content type="html">Posted by: &lt;span lj:user='nverland' style='white-space: nowrap;' class='ljuser'&gt;&lt;a href='https://nverland.dreamwidth.org/profile'&gt;&lt;img src='https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png' alt='[personal profile] ' width='17' height='17' style='vertical-align: text-bottom; border: 0; padding-right: 1px;' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href='https://nverland.dreamwidth.org/'&gt;&lt;b&gt;nverland&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New England Mincemeat Filling &lt;br /&gt;(uses many native ingredients)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup apple cider (may substitute cranberry juice)&lt;br /&gt;2 cups whole cranberries, fresh or frozen&lt;br /&gt;1 cup raw cane sugar (or brown sugar)&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoons cinnamon, freshly ground if possible&lt;br /&gt;½ teaspoon both allspice and ginger&lt;br /&gt;1 cup currants&lt;br /&gt;1 cup raisins&lt;br /&gt;1 cup dried cranberries&lt;br /&gt;2 medium apples&lt;br /&gt;3 – 4 tablespoons brandy, port or maple whiskey&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup maple syrup&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons honey&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large saucepan, warm the apple cider and dissolve sugar over low heat. Wash, core, and finely chop or grate apples. Add the whole cranberries into the pot and stir to combine. Add cinnamon, ginger, and allspice, along with currants, raisins, dried cranberries, and apple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stir and simmer over medium low heat until mixture starts to darken and has absorbed most of the liquid, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add the brandy, port or whiskey, maple syrup, and honey. Beat well to incorporate everything and crush the cranberries slightly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spoon into sterilized jars and cover with lids. Only oatmeal  cookies cooked at home. I am preparing for my little boy, who knows a lot about good baking . I improvised a little and decorated biscuits  with chocolate  smiles . My son liked it, and I was so happy. Приехала моя мама, бабушка, племянницы и сестра моего мужа. Я , как настоящая хозяйка кормила всю семью, но не только я... Сестра моего мужа - непревзойденный кондитер, а потому , радовала нас вкусной выпечкой и десертами. Все, что она готовила я вам не назову, но один рецепт я в конце выпросила. Пахлава!!!!!!! Получилось очень вкусно и легко в приготовлении. Beat the eggs, then add milk,add butter and gradually add the dry ingredients, Mix all well.Cook the crepes on the pan , using butter.&lt;br /&gt;Mix Nutella with double cream. Fill the pancakes wirh raspberries , and pour  the Nutella.
