Slow Cooker Ravioli Casserole
Makes 4-6 servings
1 lb ground chicken
2 garlic cloves, minced
Pinch onion powder
Pinch garlic salt
8 oz tomato sauce
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
3 oz frozen spinach, thawed and pat to dry with paper towels
1 1/2 cups whole grain shells, uncooked
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Brown chicken in skillet with garlic, onion powder and garlic salt. Pour into slow cooker. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, or until noodles are cooked through.
