GIANT STRAWBERRY CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE DOUGH:
1 package active dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
3/4 cup warm non-fat milk (heated to about 120 degrees, about 45-60 seconds in the microwave)
1/3 cup + 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, divided
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
Paddle attachment & dough hook for your mixer

FOR THE FILLING:
5 tablespoons butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups diced fresh strawberries (about 3/4 pound)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar

FOR THE FROSTING
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 ounces cream cheese, very soft
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or milk
